Believe it, or not, there are children out there, that when they are asked, โ€œwhat would they like to do when theyโ€™re a grown-up,โ€ some kids wouldnโ€™t mind going back to school, and as the occupation of a teacher no less! I would imagine the reason why is because they want the same thing anybody in their right mind wants: appreciation. Seems like it means the world to indicate to them how we do not realize that people not only love you, but at times want to depend on you. This is especially fascinating when you put it in the context of the classroom: like, how do you get the kids to be excited about the profession you have that keeps them away from playing with their friends or toys or exploring, or basically not having to do something so varied with rewards? Just attach some responsibility to it.

Aside from the likely cognitive connotations there, would you know what the future of that profession is and where teachers go to when they say they want that as they grow up? The answer might surprise you. The world itself is pretty scary and without leadership, it can also be very disorganized, but thereโ€™s just something about having a senator in office that cares so much, that she might even be the next leader of the education authority of Missouri.

Whatโ€™s the story?

Seven years later, and the commissioner Margie Vandeven has decided to step away from her seat at the big girlsโ€™ table. She will be stepping down from her position as the head of the department of elementary and secondary education. Otherwise known as DESE. As it is her time, Margie is anticipating to retire in July 2024.

Yet, rather than conduct an audition process for the successor of who the leader of the board of education is for missouri, Margie is hand-picking her top pick to be the next big educator Missouri will have ever known.

As is the case, Missouri does not yet have the educational stats of the young people to compare with other states and higher education rules. However, what it lacks in maintaining the same old business model, they make up in their commitment to the job and the children.

A republican from Wasola, Senator Karla Eslinger, will be approaching the bench to make her case as the next leader of the board of education for elementary and secondary students. With all the experience she has, she is sure to do amazing at this job.

Miss Eslinger has had a reputable background of a serving the Missouri education sector for beyond 20 years. Sheโ€™s been a teacher, principal, superintendent, assistant commissioner, and has even gone national in the helping schools across the country reach their full potential, thanks to the services of the AEM corporation. She has even given assistance to the federal department of education for the United States of America.
